I have been absent for quite a while and then I was using my phone as a hotspot which didn't have any speed to allow me to even edit my site. Now as of today, I have High speed ISP and now I can start improving this site for all of you to enjoy it more. Charles Darwin once said, in his 1859 publication, 'On The Origin Of Species', "Can we doubt […] that individuals having any advantage, however slight, over others, would have the best chance of surviving and of procreating their kind?" The depth of his brilliant foresight into the of the inner-workings of the natural world, the means by which organisms propagate themselves, and that they can even change over time, was perhaps among the most grand of all philosophical thought, and certainly more scientific - it was, after all, the ultimate conclusion of natural philosophy. It paved the road ahead for future scientific inquiries into the natural realm, and firmly demarcated the boundary of Biology, and natural philosophy. However, Darwin was not the only person to have such thought; indeed, Alfred Russel Wallace, a contemporary of Darwin, "converged" upon the same solution independently(I do intend the pun), and around the same time. They had both been influenced by a book, "An Essay on the Principle of Population", authored by Thomas Robert Malthus, which detailed the discrepancy between increasing food supply, and exponential population growth, and in a mathematical fashion(succinctly put: the supply versus the demand). Now we're dealing in numbers, not just eruditic, well-educated guesses - this is a hard science; it is now daring to lend itself to a subject wherein the closest comparable definition of an actual hard science was, perhaps, Taxonomy: the hierarchical categorization of living things within an ascribed taxonomic ranking, ultimately dealing with an individual unit of Taxonomy: the species. What about the individual unit, the instrument of 'selection', in Darwin's thought? That would be the species - but yet, crucially, he realized that it was not just the species; it was the individual trait that was at play. About traits, there is one in due time I should mention: sexuality. We all know what sex is - it is where all the gene-swapping takes place, and it is necessary. It is crucial because, genes are subject to damage, and genetic recombination, that very gene swapping, is the only thing that prevents - nay, ameliorates - the super gradual accumulation of deleterious copying errors that are the by-product of repetitious cell division. I say 'super gradual', because the accumulation is very, very slow. In Eukaryotes - in multicellular life - such errors are nevertheless many; they are legion. Now, a happy(sometimes tragic) quirk of gene-swapping is that the fitness of other traits may be preserved, even if these are not directly expressed. Such traits are genotypic; one gene possesses, or directs, the expression of those given traits. A gene will have alleles, phenotypes of that genotype. A phenotype is the observable, or measurable expression of an individual trait in question, where both are ultimately the consequence of alleles from that same gene - this defines a given genotype. Indeed, the genotype of an individual may be Trait1/trait2, but you only typically observe the character of one, the dominant trait(yes, it helps to only capitalize the dominant trait - it tends to take charge, after all!). Hence, the distinction between phenotype and genotype. Both phenotypes are not usually expressed simultaneously, unless they are co-dominant(this is admittedly weird in more ways than one, of course). Gene swapping - genetic recombination - occurs with only two pairs of alleles; yet there are typically many more than two alleles, or two traits, for each given gene among a species population. An individual possessing two traits, that is, one copy of each allele, is said to be heterozygous. Suppose that something should favor one phenotype over the other(red coloration, say), but might still favor the other phenotype(say, orange coloration). On average, red will come to dominate, but never entirely, because orange still does well at times. Where am I going with this? There is no one gene typifying, or directly influencing the outcome, or prevalence of human sexuality. I should highly doubt, and find skepticism of any such reported finding. Not because it isn't realistic, no, it just isn't necessary. We are social beings; we have civilization, and thus sex itself is not as necessary to our survival, and this is by virtue of our unique position; we don't have to propagate all the time. Pretty nifty, actually. It is because, rather crucially, behaviors, and thought patterns by means of extension as a downstream result of a gene, or genes, ultimately direct our behavior; imparting incidental fitness to those behaviors, and so also to the genes that 'bear' those behaviors - us. That is not that we choose to be gay, or that we choose to be bi; it is that these permutations yield to a position in society - a position analogous to a niche - that has, ultimately, incidental reproductive fitness, even if that fitness is twofold: One, the genes that permit a trait, or traits conducive to any bisexual/gay proclivities, and any fitness thereof, will be latent in some, expressed in others, and more-or-less fractionally distributed throughout populations in what I may term a pseudophenotypic distribution. Two, these 'phenotypes' are pseudo because they are elegantly interdependent upon both their innately latent nature - their genetic aptitude - and environmental cues that provide, or not, for them to flourish - their nurture. Three, these behaviors are nonetheless replicators - like genes, but symbiotic, and separate. It - (bi-, etc.)sexuality - is the result of a cultural replicator, wherein behavior(s), and a biological replicator are acting in unison, which incidentally promulgates that behavior. I endeavor to note, however, that a pseudophenotype is distinct from Richard Dawkins' extended phenotype; the concept of an exemplary, contemporaneous evolutionary thinker, from whom I derive considerable influence. It is distinct in this regard: The organism, and it's behavior benefit in a manner such that the benefit to the behavior is greater, and disproportional to that of the organism. These three supposed rules are complementary, and complete a mutually-reinforcing cycle. This is the basic foundation of my hypothesis, which is by no means complete.

When we get asked by the wretch for a few bucks or a meal as, "we have not eaten for days now" they will tell us, we may not see a problem with sacrificing a few bucks for a fellow human. Unfortunately, they will see us as a sucker and feel their way for taking us for even more. Much, much more!!! You can see just how far and how much they will push and push you until they get as much as they can out of you. Twenty lousy bucks for fast food is chump change to them, once they see how kind you are, they will extract you for all you got. Listen to yet another hard rough lesson added to the books, as I relay how they operate. Smooth as silk and empathize to you while they appear to understand and pull you right into their trap. After meeting with a prospective colleague, I should have just gone home calling it a day. I am not always thinking with the best head, though. It's about six pm, dark out and not quite ready to just go home and just sit around. I decide to venture to the spa to unwind a bit. After I get there, the bags I have are a bit too many for a locker, so I have second thoughts about the spa. I go outside the entrance and use the phone to look for a bnb. As I am out there, two vermin are eyeing me. They see me outside with my phone and are sizing me up for their move. This is the precise point where you do NOT make any eye contact, as they will use that for their advantages to reel you right in. They finally make their move and at some point they say that they haven't eaten for a day or so, and ask for some funds for just that. Here is right where I should have just cut them off and my life would not have changed for the worst. The 2 of them, two guys who are a match, and I are trying to decide what to get. They want to go to Mcd's so we must walk a ways across the commercial center to the opposite side. I end up spending $20 on the three of us. This should have been the end! TIP 1 - If you do anything at all, stop while you are ahead of this game. Instead, they keep reeling me in further and tell me they can grab a ball for $60. What? A ball? That price seems way too damn steep for a ball. What ball is that much? Tip #2 - "Ball" is about 4 g of meth Fabulous! These two are trying to sell me drugs. I never thought I'd see the day. At this point, for the life of me I was trying to figure out how to GTFO of there. The only problem was that my phone was nearly dead, and I wanted to use his phone to call my bro who was going to pick me up soon. So, I needed his phone in case mine went dead. If I ditched them now, I may not be able to communicate with my bro. I then would not make it home tonight. He offered to allow me to come back to his place to wait; I was very hesitant to do that. I just had no choice if mine was dead. “The more you give, the more they try to take. “Just because I’m nice doesn’t mean you can take advantage of me. “I literally think it’s impossible to be nice without being taken advantage of.” Tip #3 - Getting in too deep I didn't know what to do, but I had a feeling that it was only about to get worse. When we left the fast food, we started heading back to their place, which, as I was told, is just abandoned apartments. I am almost as bad off as I am looking for a place now, no car as I wait for the insurance company to cut me a check, and I hope it does not get any worse for me. I can't really relate to scum of this nature, but it is very sad there has to be suffering, invariably then turning into desperation where they choose to fuck people like me over. Tip #4 - Never let them leave your sight! I told them they must not leave my sight until everything was finished. The taller one went to get the ball, as it's called, while staying with the short nigger. He was an eyeful, while being very tricky and evasive. It was a good idea to keep him in my sight. He performed his usual routine by taking time to get back to the apt, while trying to hustle even more out of me!! The nerve! One more inconvenient issue was the bags I had to deal with. I set them down once or twice, but I knew they would vanish if I left them anywhere in a place like this depressed area. So they fucked me, entirely more than you can begin to imagine, believe me! I couldn't leave my bags! I couldn't leave him! As he was evading me, I had to go back and get my bags, so he lost me!! Or did I lose him? It matters not!! I realized he still had my phone, so he got away with my phone and anything else he lifted from me. Tip #5 - All my good heart got me, was wasted valuable time and extreme stress for a long future!! Now, he has hijacked 3 google accounts, which have all my material I create to transfer to my site. He has access to all my passwords and much more. I have been closely working with the bank and whoever I have to recover all my losses. I must hire a PC shop to assist me with account recovery and all this stress is way too much to handle now. LESSON LEARNED There are many evil low lives with their own desperate vile selfish needs on their minds only as they leach what they can out of us. But you can't change this fucked up world, so don't even bother trying. When they ask for help, you must protect yourself since NO one else ever will!! As a final mention, I will state for the record that LVMPD, the local pigs in Vega$, are COMPLETELY USELESS, INCOMPETENT, AND HAVE NEVER EVER done ANYTHING to help and assist me in any of my issues over the 4 decades I have dealt with them. In this case, I had a ignorant detective Yoakum that did NOTHING for me at all!!! I gave him the address that this ID thief stayed at as well as the place where he ditched me and NOTHING was done about it while totally IGNORING my info that I gave him. He never worried about cross referencing acct numbers when this low life fucking shit tried to pay his bills with my bank accounts or did anything ever to assist me with this theft. The PIGS have also stolen money out of my wallet before too!! I will attest here and now that I will NEVER AGAIN call metro as they are totally useless to me. Wish me luck, Christopher

Well, now that you mention it, I actually have, although NOT intentionally. But right now, I will honor ALL you BI.....babes, gals, ladies, or even you women out there.....whatever you prefer to be called, yes, you females too with NO disrespect to you being referred to as your sex. We loving BI guys will not settle on 3 cheers to you, but no less than 5 for you to be honored this fine morning on New year's eve. Wow!! Less than 24 hours till '22!! Hope it's somehow more friendly than these last 2 years. OK!! Stop getting sidetracked and honor our beautiful, accepting, and compassionate counterparts so they know they are vitally important to us. There are a lot of you who feel your body may not be suitable for nudity. I will take the time to explain that you are not perfect, but neither am I nor is she or he around you perfect either. You learn that we are ALL imperfect, it's one of our characteristics of being human. In this post, I will attempt to get you to try nudism if you have not yet, and maybe even publish your success story in a future post, if you might like that. I will call attention to my previous posts while I inform you of my background in this lifestyle and reiterate what I have said before so that you will have the confidence it takes to stand up and shed your artificial facades that will not allow your genuine and authentic self to shine through for the world to see who you really are deep down inside. After all, first, you have been told before to just be yourself After you can do this, you then must get confidence in yourself too. My confidence post isn't my best work. I give it about a 5 or 6 rating, yet still it drives an important message home just the same. Here is one very important message it delivers: There are things you cannot change, live with those things. The things you can change, work on. Keeping in mind, this piece is more about name-calling, so imagine someone calling you small or fat when reading it while understanding and employing the suggestions in it. MY type of confidence: blatant self-confidence! Example: The ability to stand nude, or "open & free" (O&F) as I call it, and NEVER being offended by ANYONE! After my metamorphosis on July 8, 2018, I was shy at first like we all are, but I finally overcame that so I could grow and learn about body acceptance, namely mine. But before I commence with my "coming out" of my shyness shell, allow me to digress for a moment first. As a boy, I was probably the shyest of them all. In gym class, I never took a shower in front of anyone, my gym mates especially. As with all guys, no matter their age, they are always concerned, or even worried about their magnitude/size. In this post, I give my fellow gents a much-needed boost in their confidence, while also giving you ladies some vital need to know info on our little head down there. Even guys with over 9" are self-conscious about their size. Notice I used, they and their, as it's not a problem for me any longer! Because, I have what I have, no more no less! The weird fact is though, I was very intrigued by nudity at the same time. So, just how does a shy boy come out of his shy shell into nudism, of all lifestyles? Needless to say, it took nearly my entire life to do this very step forward in my confidence and growth. It wasn't until my forties, that I went to my very first nude gathering at a nude BNB in Palm Springs with the Mrs. I will always remember her question regarding leaving our room and joining the others already outside being O&F, she was just way too cute the way she asked, "So we must go outside, nekkid?" This was my very first experience being around the gals while being O&F. I was still self-conscious, not knowing if it was proper to spread my legs while in a lounge chair. Being around your own sex is always easier and I accomplished this before the BNB, as I had gone to male-only nude events. As I mentioned above, it was about a half-century before I took my brave leap into nudism. Now the only way to make me wear anything is the certainty of arrest, so when I leave my home is the only way I cover myself, NOT by choice. However, in MY home, I am O&F at ALL times, even when people are over. This is how I met my BFF (Best Female Friend) Lori. I was sitting on the love seat in dim lighting, and she came over and sat in a nearby chair the very first time we met. She suspected I was O&F, but it was after I got up and walked past her that her hunch was confirmed. After that, I didn't feel a need to cover again, because she already saw me, what was I going to hide now? Now to help you understand, you need to realize that your body does NOT need to be shamed, but try to be proud of the divine gift the higher power above has given you. FACT: None of us on earth is perfect! You MUST: Be who you are, and you also MUST be comfortable in your own skin, and NOW is the PERFECT time. Good Day to YOU, I'm an author who writes liberally, without fear of reprisals, while reading extensively too. I can handle anything, even incessantly running into pictures, blogs, and many more visuals. However, I really get irate when I run into essays, blogs, and articles that are insensitive to all of us, BISEXUALS! This article will point out the various methods in which the monosexuals are creeping into our territory and invariably erasing us out of existence. I will show you many case in points where they are found and we are NOT! Today's theme will focus on how we are being erased, and what we must do about it. 1st off, the pie chart below, shows that BI females outnumber homo men by 2%, while BI guys outnumber the lesbians by 2%. Therefore, combine the sexes that are BI, and we "BI far," outnumber both homosexual men and women, knocking them off the LGBT charts by OVER half!!! We, BISEXUALS, are at 52%, while homosexuals, BOTH sexes, are only at 48%. This # alone shows that we ARE definitely the MAJORITY! Yet, we are 3rd in line in the LGBT acronym? Why?? BOTH sexes that identify as homo come in at 48%, before BOTH of us, BISEXUALS, men and women. In, INVISIBLE MAJORITY: The Disparities Facing Bisexual People and How to Remedy Them, a report by Movement Advancement Project (MAP), and 10 other organizations were "Report Partners," finally focus on the “invisible majority” of the LGBT community, the nearly 5 million adults in the U.S. who identify as BISEXUAL These numbers are never accurate, in that, not every BISEXUAL admits to being BI. Especially us guys!! Considering there is ALWAYS a double standard between the two sexes, I can see why we BI guys keep quiet. I believe we ARE the majority, also Freud, claimed that we are ALL BISEXUALS at birth, then branch out to the other two sexualities during our awakening. Unfortunately, it is impossible to arrive at any accuracy, unless we get honest people, but the stigma with us BI-guys is extremely negative with everyone lashing out at us. As you see later here, unethical and oblivious people even shun and mistreat one BI lady, who is a politician. Also, another point that blew me away will also reveal itself. There are ALWAYS numerous examples of erasing us BISEXUALS: As you can see above, they have a "need" to include gay, CD and even trannys??...., but do you see any threads for Bisexuals?? NO!! NOT even 1!! Now, this next one reveals Hotlines, for GAYS and LESBIANS!? So, this means strictly HOMOs, NOT BISEXUALS, just CDs, trannys, AND GAY!! It has EVERYONE, BESIDES BISEXUALS!! GAYS = HOMO LESBIANS = HOMO So, ALL these hotlines are for HOMO only, since lesbians are female Homosexuals. If you're GAY, simply dial 800-398-GAYS, YOUR very own hotline, just for YOU!! If that doesn't suit you, then you can also call the one for GAYS AND LESBIANS. So, gays have TWO hotlines, Bi's have NONE!! I guess that's fair? Or NOT!! BUT, what if I'm BI??? "If you are BI, not to worry, we don't count, because all of us are being erased out of existence, unless we band together & take ACTION!" Reasons are: we're the invisible "majority" we do NOT discriminate against anyone, loving both How do all my people, BISEXUALS, feel right about now? See anything for BISEXUALS, under LGBTQIA+? Well, we have seen nothing for us at all, so this will continue. This seems to include everyone under the sun! But the 3 whole hotlines are ONLY for HOMOsexuals! Isn't that nice to know?? Surprised? Still think we are not being erased? Ok, ready for the next one? Try this on for size... This was a website that I discovered. It just proves my point!! Do you see anything at all relating to BISEXUALS??? Me neither, I wonder why. They have everything from body fetish down to sick & disgusting naughty corner. BUT alas, missing yet again AND again--NOTHING FOR US, BISEXUALS!! But you're in luck if you are GAY, AGAIN AS ALWAYS!! The below video also speaks about the about terrifying and needless suicide in our own separate BI community. He speaks about taking the B out of the LGBT. It's because the LGBT community rejects us BISEXUALS. Whenever an adult sends a younger BISEXUAL to the LGBT community, they do not get the proper attention and resources, as this video explains. Younger BISEXUALS have many risk factors, as this next image will disclose. The initial one about suicide attempts "BI" youth are extremely alarming to me. What do YOU think?? Is this what you want to see OUR YOUTH doing? Just remember now, these are our "TOMORROW'S ADULTS." HAPPY children = HAPPY adults These children are NOT very "happy" to me, if they plan suicide and/or attempt it! This is 30% to over 40% of our youth!! "In the Still BISEXUAL event, moderated by writer and podcaster Gaby Dunn, Katie Hill talked about what she’s gone through and what she hopes to do in the future." the article states. "She was advised to stay closeted about being BI while running for office, even by some members of the LGBTQ+ community. She was married to a man, so that she could be seen as heterosexual." the article relays. “It would have been much easier to run just not addressing it, but for me, it’s an important part of my identity,” Hill said. However, when Kate Brown was running for governor in the state of OR, NO one had any problems with hers! The article also states that Hill, reached out to Brown, and NEVER heard back. It is way beyond me why Katie Hill is being shunned, while Kate Brown, governor of the Beaver State, is also BI, but not privy to the same unethical treatment as her colleague. "Bi people make up most of the LGBTQ+ community, but that’s not often recognized," she said. “Many, many people don’t publicly identify as bi,” she noted, "instead of identifying as gay or straight based on the relationship they’re in." “It’s far more socially acceptable to be gay than to be bi, still,” she said. HOLD ON!! Did you catch that? “It’s far more socially acceptable to be gay than to be bi, still?” Seriously? Since when? I find this is extremely subjective!! Why would it be more proper to be GAY than BI????!! This just makes NO SENSE at all!!! Let's make sure that we understand this....CORRECTLY! It's better to exclusively love 1 (one) sex, BUT 2?? is a NO GO???? I would venture to get an answer to, Why is it better to love only one sex? I do NOT comprehend why loving FEWER people is more acceptable, than loving MORE people. Take 2 different scenarios: 1 - You love BOTH - and as you are aware, BI is BOTH BI is BEAUTIFUL AND BI is BEST!! Of course! If you are BI, however, then society shuns you? Now for the OTHER scenario: --- 2 - You only like/love one sex!! So, you do NOT "love" EVERYONE, just one. But, try this with RACE, CREED, COLOR, etc. If you single out a specific race, etc, that you find beneath yourself, then, others see you as a bigot, racist, or "phobia," as in "transphobia," "Biphobia" or ANY other PHOBIA! Am I right? BOTTOM LINE: If you accept everyone, regarding RACE, CREED, or ethnicity etc. then that is the "norm" "which I must check what "NORM" is daily." If you DO NOT accept EVERYONE regarding RACE and CREED, you are an outcast. So, as I understand it, SEXUALITY it's "required"......to love ONLY 1? With culture, race, creed, and ethnicity, You MUST "LOVE" EVERYONE! BUT loving FEWER people regarding sex/gender IS acceptable? BUT loving more people, like I do, being BI is NOT the way to go? But Hill, was determined to be visible. “Visibility itself, representation itself, that’s critical,” she said. BISEXUALS know a lot about shaming; they’re perceived as duplicitous, undecided, hypersexual, unable to be monogamous, although as with people of any other orientation, some BISEXUALS choose monogamy and some do not. I am reaching out to you ALL as long as you can believe in me. I have been accused of a crime by a very evil, vile vindictive one and I am really at a loss what I can/should do at this point. It is my sincere and honest belief she is paranoid delusional, as she claims that previous neighbors have recorded her through walls at a previous residence. Now she has transferred these delusions to me. She claims: I am recording her through walls, just as her previous neighbors. I follow her around her apartment. She goes into her bedroom; I go into my bedroom. And we can't forget, I am stalking her? She has: turned off my power multiple times, like around a dozen now. vandalized my car ASSAULTED AND BATTERED ME, WITH PICTURES TO PROVE MY INJURIES!!! ASSAULTED ME with a 2x4 stick gotten from HER car!! Constantly harasses me for months now! Made judge forbid me from returning to my own place!! My curious nature I have had since childhood caught my eye at the earliest possible tender age. The initial activity which spawned my curiosity, that I only recall since my mother told me about it, was my brother and I were in the street while they called us to come inside for bed. At the mere age of six, it is pretty simple to get a child in the house...... .....usually. Only this time we ran in different directions. YES! He went one way, and I went the other. Oh, the other significant fact was...…we were BOTH, "Open & Free!" This is a phrase I coined recently after discovering the true and very liberating feeling I obtain ONLY when I am fully NUDE!!! I will expand on this later. This piece gives a synopsis of what occurred over my life span relating to my genuine passion. I will cover my life chronologically, showing how my initial experiences generated more interest in nudism. I will show how it has changed me for the best, while today, enjoying life much more confidently. First, try imagining a life where NO one can EVER offend you in any way! I finally got the courage to try a clothing-optional place in Palm Springs. My wife and I went there and got "dressed" to join the others outside by the pool. So anyone visiting me will most likely see the true me. This very conduct happened when I was just chilling at home when new people came inside. One person, Beck, had a friend come in while I wore my favorite suit. It was dark enough to not see clearly, so when Lori came in, she was trying to figure out if I was O&F. I finally got up later, and this confirmed her suspicion. She turned into my BFF, and anytime she came to my place, I felt no need to cover up. She has already seen what I have, why bother concealing who I am? This slight nudity does not fulfill my need for freedom at all. Other nudists take it all off around others socially, whereas I have NO place to go. Even after trying twice to form a club in my area, not even ONE person came to my meeting. Not even the guy that has his OWN nude club having NO events! So, like always, I am fucked again! NO nude clubs, NO nude resorts, NO landed/unlanded clubs NO place anywhere close by that has a free place to be myself genuinely. Needless to even say, the ONLY club that is open, is ONLY open to females! Therefore, it is NOT really a valid nude club. The owner, as always, lets females in free, but again, just like the rest of this dishonest world charges us guys around $50-65. These places cash in on the nudity laws, and lack of nude places. Yeah, I must pay through my nose for the "freedom" to be O&F, OR...... ...travel hundreds of miles into CA to partake in legal, respectable nudism for a few hours. After traveling 3-4 hours into CA, spending a few hours at a nude event, is just simply NOT worth it. Then coming back home is another 3-4 hours, so I am spending much more time in my car than at the event. The question has been asked before, "Are home nudists actually true nudists?" Debatable. If anyone can be nude in the PRIVACY of their own home, "How does this classify anyone as a nudist?" It's like asking, "Are you a nudist if you only are nude in the shower?" A nudist is: One who will be around others while nude. OR Someone in their own home, willing to be nude while answering the door, or remain nude when others come into their home. Presently I am only nude when home, as I already stated there are NO places for any nudity unless you are fortunate enough to have your counterpart with you. For those of us with NO SO, we remain SOL. If nudity is so repulsive and "offensive" why do enormous crowds form whenever nude events are going on? Families and YES, even children attend. So, tell me, Is nudism sick, sexual as well as offensive, or family-friendly, tasteful, and wholesome? I have even read that legitimate resorts deny single guys like me access. What is it? There are so many infinite souls, OUT THERE! So many people, DOWN HERE! We know one fact! The fact is, we will NEVER know, LIFE??...EXISTENCE??.......AFTER DEATH!! Before you think I am crazy, or under some kind of influence, I have informed all of you before, I believe in "INFINITE POSSIBILITIES" OR "ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!" YES!!! It's about the same. Let's say I keep writing till my death in 5-10 years. In my comprehension, I will have done nothing of any importance. So, in my mind, I will have failed in life. But, what if the right person or AI finds my work at a much later date? He, she, or "it" somehow gets it to the right person or AI, then more will read it and finally the world will have the freedom of choice!! Choice of what? I will show how "the system" treats "innocent" citizens while waiting for "BIG BROTHER." How would you feel if I just call "him," govt, for short? Presently, govt & I are in some type of dispute. Date: April 18th, '21 Time: 1030am Here is the accounting of events: After trying to talk to a neighbor about his activities pertaining to me, I wanted to address recent events with him after I saw him and his neighbor spying on me. I have seen different colored lights through my bedroom window, while also thinking he may have been spying on me from his truck. All I wanted to do was talk. YES!! That's it!! JUST TALK!! I needed to confront him, asking about my suspicion of him possibly invading MY privacy by spying on me, but every time I approached him, he disappeared. I looked for him in his truck, where he was sitting. GONE! I saw him downstairs on his patio; I went down, GONE! Every time I saw him, he vanished! I finally gave up, even though it looks suspicious when he keeps hiding from me. When I finally decide not to pursue anything further, this is also the time when, "the shit hits the fan." Right after I sit down at my PC, I saw the most horrifying & embarrassing sight in MY window... a CAMERA!!! WTF?? I was more livid, enraged, and irate than I have ever been! The next thing I notice are PIGS/cops showing up to question him, or so I thought! But, then cops are reading my?...... rights to me? Isn't it the suspect that is read his rights? Cop/PIG even told me I can say, "I don't answer questions." I agree, excellent advice for a change, so it's what I always do, anyway. I will definitely not go into detail about the very horrible accommodations, just that theirs comes with a small bench with a little "station" with somewhere to "sit" on, but mine already had something in it. LIBERTY, I am being deprived of it as well. PROPERTY - DEPRIVED in that I can't go home for fear of "capture?" There has been NO "due process of law" of ANY kind whatsoever! That is ONLY the 5th amendment, next we will look over the 14th: The Due Process Clause declared that states may not deny any person "life, liberty or property, without due process of law." The Equal Protection Clause said that a state may not deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws. So, now I will ask you, if YOU were in MY shoes, would you feel very "innocent"? How "innocent" would you feel? Would you feel like a fugitive, instead? Feeling like a fugitive who is "innocent" while I am, Dodging the ones that will put me away?....for being "innocent?" Inform me how you would feel. After reading the links, this means that if you haven't been to court, you are innocent!! Also, if they arrest you, like I was, STILL "INNOCENT!" So, I spent the night in jail, because--I am "INNOCENT!??" I can say, at least from my point of view, I did NOT FEEL "innocent" at all!! So, what is your take on our "justice??..........system? Or, in actuality, our INjustice system! DATE: April 19th Monday TIME: 1030pm A CO asked me if I want to go home. Sometimes, I wonder how sincere they are, as the last one said something about a cheeseburger for a meal, but after I saw NO meat of ANY kind in the Styrofoam container, I am sure that it never made it there. Then another one said I will get my phone call, that NEVER materialized either. This is important to note! Time perception is not at all accurate. I had thought by now it was Wed or Thursday. Also, one important point to bring up, I saw no judge. I know in some jurisdictions seeing a judge is mandatory within 24 hrs. Not here though, my state, I believe it's 72 hours. I think they released me on OR, this means "Own Recognizance" without having to post bail. After release, since I was wearing ONLY a ROBE & flip flop type shoes during arrest, they had to allow me to take pants I was wearing during my "lovely stay" with them along with their "negative 5 star rating." However, I won't give my less than meager accommodations the same review. I had pants given, and a shirt, and my shoes along with the pages of paper. So, there was my robe there, lost forever, just like something green that WAS in my wallet. Gone too!! Just fucking fabulous! So, all I had: Pants - given Shirt - given Shoes/Flip Flops Plastic Bag w/ my paperwork Wallet w/ ONLY ID's & cards, NO more MONEY! So, now I'm back? Oh, not so fast though! I still had to make it back home. For some odd reason, the vehicles they use for citizens' transport seem to only know ONE way to go. TO Jail!! NEVER from! Since my wallet was "lighter" now, any green paper was, of course, "lost in the shuffle?" I believe this is the PIGS favorite line. What are you going to do, though? Argue about it when being released? That is a good question but, do you or anyone have a suitable answer? Now that I'm "free" in a manner of speaking, I can finally go home...... but only if I have anything of value left to give. NO cash! Remember, I am always honest about my writings. So, staying on the scene, I am in downtown "USA" All the changes to this area from when I saw it for the very 1st time decades ago, are not familiar anymore. I found, then spoke to a bus driver, and he tells me the bus station is across the street but I don't see it. Finally, I found downtown where all the "action" is, so since I could use no phone during my stay, I cannot call my big bro to come get me. Now that we are in the ever so friendly 21st century, where we all are supposed to have phones at all times, every business that was actually open didn't allow me to use any. So, 1st brick wall for me, NO PHONE! Are you ready for the next brick wall? ALL taxis apparently want cash, NOT plastic cards of ANY type!! So, are you seeing my ever so disheartening situation so far? So, to break it down. NO phone call from jail, to which I thought we are ALL entitled to. So, my big bro does NOT even know where I am. He was literally within hours of putting a "missing person" report out on me. MY phone is back at MY place. Then they "lost," or maybe I prefer the truth, STOLE my cash out of my wallet!!!! What do the taxis want from me? CASH NOTHING ELSE!!!! Is there ANYONE out there that can even come close to MY extraordinary, terrible luck? So what now? Walk a long distance to another part of the valley, while entering some of the most dangerous areas of town? This idea is tempting. After all, what is the best that could happen? MY homicide? Well, at least for tonight, I should make it back home, I suppose. I arrived to the point of just saying "FUCK IT" while walking in the middle of the street. Now, even though you want this story to end, there is NO, (yes, I said NO!!!) ending in sight for quite a while yet!!!! Remember, we are in the good old USA!! How can it end? So, in essence, we just barely started my terrible & unjust story. It takes a long time for our "honest" govt to put us through their system. Realize, if you plea guilty, they immediately take you into custody. NO questions asked!! Of course!! In this case, they have NO problem taking your word!! Now, on the other foot, if you plea innocent, then that's a different story! ENTIRELY!! They expect YOU to wait for trial, while YOU gather evidence PROVING the DA wrong, thus PROVING SUSPECT'S INNOCENCE. If you plea guilty, they believe you, not innocent though! Time for my 2nd breath. (takes a fresh hit of oxygen) So, as not to end this with a cliffhanger, somehow, someway, someone!!!!...... (perhaps there was help from above?????) ......after about 10 or more taxis said "NO!"..... I must have asked enough times, perhaps to a decent driver finally, through my ongoing perseverance, I finally found 1 who called another to pick me up!!! Date: April 26th TIME: 8am Today, for some unknown reason, I am beyond ignorant and stupid and irresponsible—NEVER AGAIN AFTER this!! So, in English—it means I missed my court date, NEVER AGAIN AFTER TODAY!! DATE: April 28th TIME: noon? "They" show up for my ride back to jail, since I never made it to court, but I don't make it back. I stay here at home, just for now! Thank god! Dates April 29th - 30th TIME varies They have been here at LEAST twice, during evening hours. After informing Dale, my big bro, a few times too many that they are here now, he said that they are just illusions. The other night when he was over here, at 4 am I saw lights in the house and thought they were outside, again. Before that, I have seen different lights and apparently some things that haven't been there. So, now everything I see, according to him, is NOT there! He does not believe me. On Friday afternoon, I saw a pig in the street talking to Cara Williams or she also uses the alias Lara, who knows her real name?...... that had a run in with my previous roommate Scott Hamilton Womack. I don't know if she calls them when she sees me or maybe the neighbor that was "wronged?" by "me?" He and his other boyfriends knock on the door, and I just stay as still as I can. This is FAR better than the above alternative!! With ALL their PAID VACATIONS from ALL the capital crimes they commit against ALL OF US, they have NO problem committing even more if they are so inclined! DATE: Monday May 3rd, 21 9 am Ok, now for an update. Can you believe it? I went to court 1st thing this morning as I promised. 1st I got through security--amazing!! Next, I asked the information booth where to go. No idea? Aren't you the info booth? She told me to go to the 2nd floor to find out. Now a line to get to the 2nd floor! No line for stairs? That's me please!! Now on the 2nd floor The only people I see are behind some doors and it says "civil" So, next I ask some droit employee saying dept. 7, on the 8th floor, I think. Ok, now I'm on the 8th floor. I can almost taste the fruit of relief? Ok, not my best. I hand my paperwork to the clerk and she says..........? that I'm still in the wrong place?! What, again?? Am I in the correct dimension, ok?.....correct planet then? So, now for the 2nd time, I go to the 2nd floor!! This time I take a ticket, and wait... and wait some more wait just a little longer, now. After they call C222 and 223, I am up to the plate to get my day in court!! Right? I show my papers to her. What do you think the outcome was?? Are you sure you want to know? Well, listen to this little beauty. I am told; I am on the calendar for 2 days from now, Wed May 5th, They don't "offer" same day appts. Only a judge can quash a warrant. Wasn't this why I came to court this morning? I NEED to see a judge!! Am I NOT getting through to her? Wasn't it a judge that wants me so dam bad that they can arrest me? SO, I am HERE NOW!!!....to do whatever it is to get my freedom back. You know, because I am "innocent" I even told myself that I am NOT leaving until I see the judge. So, what completely escapes me.....is they want me SO DAMN BAD that they can come to my house, take me away, while I comply with the warrant that the judge "ORDERED", but I am RIGHT HERE in the courthouse. Clerk says go home now, as there is NO room for you on the calendar. So, now I'm told that I can still get arrested, but if I show them my paperwork, then they "probably" won't arrest me. Probably?? Is my freedom based on "probably?" So, after ALL this bullshit, and being scared to death of arrest, I am STILL NOT out of the woods yet. Also, Just 1 more question I have for ANYONE. With what I went through, to accomplish NOTHING, couldn't they have handled ANY of this by phone? or even our so heavily advanced internet? NO wonder there is a line out the door to come in!! Half of us, they probably could have taken care of by.....the apparatus we ALL have access to! What is this thing......the web....for? I glance at the screens to find out if I am listed, so I know which court to enter. I end up outside court 8C, and the puppet, or bailiff, reads my name for me to enter. Feels better than Monday, already. WHEW!!! I am IN!! The Bailiff has me fill out paperwork. PD lady speaks to me and asks me some questions. I am given a complaint to read. It outlines my charge and certain other details. The PD shows me they are already offering me a deal. Even with my schooling in law, this can be tricky to navigate, so I inquire what kind of evidence the DA has. BTW, they offer me: misdemeanor, which is down from original it is at now. Pay "victim" $someoddamount.00 No jail. So now, the warrant....quashed! I am told to be back in Sept. She says to call, about 1 month before I'm due back in court, which is Sept. To top off my "wonderful" morning, I can't find my parking receipt, so I get the privilege of paying fucking $23 for about 1.5 hours!! It is still very early in the day, like 9 am, feels like its later FINAL UPDATE November 1st, Be back in court on the 30th and pay $700 and they will dismiss the case.
