Presently, govt & I are in some type of dispute.

Here is the accounting of events:
After trying to talk to a neighbor about his activities pertaining to me, I wanted to address recent events with him after I saw him and his neighbor spying on me. I have seen different colored lights through my bedroom window, while also thinking he may have been spying on me from his truck.
All I wanted to do was talk.
YES!!
That's it!!
JUST TALK!!
I needed to confront him, asking about my suspicion of him possibly invading MY privacy by spying on me, but every time I approached him, he disappeared.
I looked for him in his truck, where he was sitting. GONE!
I saw him downstairs on his patio; I went down, GONE!
Every time I saw him, he vanished!
I finally gave up, even though it looks suspicious when he keeps hiding from me.
When I finally decide not to pursue anything further, this is also the time when,
"the shit hits the fan."
Right after I sit down at my PC, I saw the most horrifying & embarrassing sight in MY window...
a CAMERA!!!
WTF??
I was more livid, enraged, and irate than I have ever been!
The next thing I notice are PIGS/cops showing up to question him, or so I thought!
But, then cops are reading my?......
rights to me?
Isn't it the suspect that is read his rights?
Cop/PIG even told me I can say, "I don't answer questions."
I agree, excellent advice for a change, so it's what I always do, anyway.
After this, the PIGS (or if you prefer a different "P", feel free) ask me, so nonchalantly, the way they are just so, "on YOUR side" and ALWAYS SO "HONEST" with you, Ok right!
"Did you lose your wallet?"
I never gave it to them, so maybe they stole it after I gave them my ID, right from my porch. Keep in mind that they had access to my wallet.

I was a little mystified and upset by the way he couldn't just hand it to me, but the mystery vanished immediately when I was finally at the truck about to grab it. Before I knew it, they grab MY hands instead while they want ME to put MY hands behind MY back!!

After they do their dirty work, and have ME, right where they want.....I just had to ask,
"what am I even being charged with?"
His answer, the best I can recall, is some dollar amount and injury to property, $500-5000, then in no time flat, after they force me into a truck he starts driving me to CCDC, our locally govt owned motel for "innocent people."
So, as far as my time in the govt free motel goes, there are much more important issues to address, rather than the bread over dry cereal meals,

I will definitely not go into detail about the very horrible accommodations, just that theirs comes with a small bench with a little "station" with somewhere to "sit" on, but mine already had something in it.
Now that you have the details, it's time to explain the title to you.
1st off, in the USA, as well as some others, we have,
“A bedrock principle of the American criminal justice system is that a defendant accused of a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. This protection comes from the due process guarantees in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.”

The part of the 5th amendment, pertaining to my article/situation,
"...nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."

There has been NO "due process of law" of ANY kind whatsoever!
That is ONLY the 5th amendment, next we will look over the 14th:
The Due Process Clause declared that states may not deny any person "life, liberty or property, without due process of law."
The Equal Protection Clause said that a state may not deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

A CO asked me if I want to go home.
Sometimes, I wonder how sincere they are, as the last one said something about a cheeseburger for a meal, but after I saw NO meat of ANY kind in the Styrofoam container, I am sure that it never made it there. Then another one said I will get my phone call, that NEVER materialized either.
This is important to note!
Time perception is not at all accurate. I had thought by now it was Wed or Thursday.
Also, one important point to bring up, I saw no judge. I know in some jurisdictions seeing a judge is mandatory within 24 hrs. Not here though, my state, I believe it's 72 hours. I think they released me on OR, this means "Own Recognizance" without having to post bail.
After release, since I was wearing ONLY a ROBE & flip flop type shoes during arrest, they had to allow me to take pants I was wearing during my "lovely stay" with them along with their "negative 5 star rating." However, I won't give my less than meager accommodations the same review. I had pants given, and a shirt, and my shoes along with the pages of paper. So, there was my robe there, lost forever, just like something green that WAS in my wallet.
Gone too!!

Plastic Bag w/ my paperwork
Wallet w/ ONLY ID's & cards, NO more MONEY!
So, now I'm back?

All the changes to this area from when I saw it for the very 1st time decades ago, are not familiar anymore.
I found, then spoke to a bus driver, and he tells me the bus station is across the street but I don't see it.
Finally, I found downtown where all the "action" is, so since I could use no phone during my stay, I cannot call my big bro to come get me. Now that we are in the ever so friendly 21st century, where we all are supposed to have phones at all times, every business that was actually open didn't allow me to use any.
So, 1st brick wall for me, NO PHONE!

NO phone call from jail, to which I thought we are ALL entitled to.
So, my big bro does NOT even know where I am.
He was literally within hours of putting a "missing person" report out on me.
MY phone is back at MY place.
Then they "lost," or maybe I prefer the truth, STOLE my cash out of my wallet!!!!
What do the taxis want from me?
CASH NOTHING ELSE!!!!
Is there ANYONE out there that can even come close to MY extraordinary, terrible luck?
So what now?
Walk a long distance to another part of the valley, while entering some of the most dangerous areas of town?
This idea is tempting.
After all, what is the best that could happen?

Well, at least for tonight, I should make it back home, I suppose.
I arrived to the point of just saying "FUCK IT" while walking in the middle of the street.
Now, even though you want this story to end, there is NO, (yes, I said NO!!!) ending in sight for quite a while yet!!!!

It takes a long time for our "honest" govt to put us through their system.
Realize, if you plea guilty, they immediately take you into custody.

In this case, they have NO problem taking your word!!
Now, on the other foot, if you plea innocent, then that's a different story!
ENTIRELY!!
They expect YOU to wait for trial, while YOU gather evidence PROVING the DA wrong, thus PROVING SUSPECT'S INNOCENCE.
If you plea guilty, they believe you, not innocent though!

"They" show up for my ride back to jail, since I never made it to court, but I don't make it back. I stay here at home, just for now!

They have been here at LEAST twice, during evening hours. After informing Dale, my big bro, a few times too many that they are here now, he said that they are just illusions.
The other night when he was over here, at 4 am I saw lights in the house and thought they were outside, again. Before that, I have seen different lights and apparently some things that haven't been there. So, now everything I see, according to him, is NOT there!
He does not believe me.
On Friday afternoon, I saw a pig in the street talking to Cara Williams or she also uses the alias Lara, who knows her real name?...... that had a run in with my previous roommate Scott Hamilton Womack. I don't know if she calls them when she sees me or maybe the neighbor that was "wronged?" by "me?"
He and his other boyfriends knock on the door, and I just stay as still as I can. This is FAR better than the above alternative!! With ALL their PAID VACATIONS from ALL the capital crimes they commit against ALL OF US, they have NO problem committing even more if they are so inclined!
So, I am a table that does NOT move!.......figuratively speaking.

1st I got through security--amazing!!
Next, I asked the information booth where to go.

I glance at the screens to find out if I am listed, so I know which court to enter.
I end up outside court 8C, and the puppet, or bailiff, reads my name for me to enter.

The Bailiff has me fill out paperwork.
PD lady speaks to me and asks me some questions.
I am given a complaint to read.
It outlines my charge and certain other details.
The PD shows me they are already offering me a deal.
Even with my schooling in law, this can be tricky to navigate, so I inquire what kind of evidence the DA has.
BTW, they offer me:
misdemeanor, which is down from original it is at now.
Pay "victim" $someoddamount.00
No jail.
So now, the warrant....quashed!
I am told to be back in Sept.
She says to call, about 1 month before I'm due back in court, which is Sept.
To top off my "wonderful" morning, I can't find my parking receipt, so I get the privilege of paying fucking $23 for about 1.5 hours!!
It is still very early in the day, like 9 am, feels like its later
FINAL UPDATE

Be back in court on the 30th and pay $700 and they will dismiss the case.
